Rewards your employees for driving SAFETY. This program has proven successful in the construction field where Onsite Safety is a must and OSHA fines can be hefty.    
Reward Program Requirements        
• Points Expire 1 year from issue.    
• You must be an employee to redeem points    
           
Personal Goal: No injuries, No safety issues for the individual
  10,000 points for no personal injuries    
The Whole Thing:
No injuries or safety issues for the Job.
  10,000 points for each individual    
On Time Goal:
Job comes in per production estimates.
  10,000 points if the job is on time and labor within dollar or time estimate.    
Bonus Award Most Valuable Player: MVP will be selected by their peers   Award 10,000 points

  • For visibility 7 awards given per Quarter
  • Award value approximately $125
